Kato

Kato is our beloved clinic greeter and unofficial Head of Hospitality. While his size and serious face might seem a little intimidating at first, Kato is truly a gentle giant with a soft heart — and, truthfully, a bit of a chicken.

You’ll usually find him faithfully following Lesly and Gurinder around the clinic, unless, of course, someone nearby happens to have treats. Kato takes his role on the welcome committee very seriously and makes sure to say hello to everyone who walks through the door.

He’s also become the staff’s begrudging emotional support buddy, always nearby when someone needs a little extra comfort during the day. Kato loves pets and scratches, and when he’s off duty, his favorite activities include playing fetch, tug-of-war, and accepting as much attention as possible. Whether he’s greeting patients or boosting staff morale, Kato is an important part of our clinic family.
